Debra Lynn “Debbie” Amrine, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, was born on December 17, 1961, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Eddie Dean Amrine and Pauline Ida Pirkle. She passed away surrounded by the love of those who knew her. Debbie had a gentle spirit and found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved religious music, the color pink, and cherished her beloved Yorkie, Wiley. A devoted member of First Baptist Church of Midwest City, Debbie’s faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she remained a faithful follower of Jesus until the very end.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Dean Amrine and Pauline Ida Pirkle; her brothers, Larry Vassar and Gary Amrine; and her sisters, Janice Talley and Karen Dunkin. Debbie is survived by her brother, Clarence Vassar (Sandi) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her brother-in-law, David Talley; four nieces; three nephews; and her treasured companion, Wiley. Debbie will be remembered for her loving heart, her strong faith, and the warmth she brought to those around her.
