She was a graduate of Ames High School, then went on to attend WOSC/Western Oklahoma State Collège in Altus, Oklahoma and obtained her Associate's Degree. Debra also attended SWOSU/Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK.
Debra was employed with the Enid State School for several years. She loved working with special needs people.
She attended Life Church (mostly virtual), which she looked forward to every week.
Debra's favorite hobby was crafting and was very good at several.
Debra could be described as having the most loving & kind heart! she would do anything for her family and friends. She had an amazing personality that would brighten your day with her beautiful smile and laughter. We all have special memories of how she touched our lives that we will cherish forever! She was loved by all. she will never be forgotten, and greatly missed.
Debra is survived by daughter Christina Michelle Banks (Robert) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sister Sharon Bray (Robert Lowrance) and sister Karen Potter (John); granddaughter Allison Banks. Debra also leaves behind six nephews/nieces and their families, as well as Toby, the beloved cat.
Debra was preceded in death by father John Wesley Keeton; mother Shirley Darlene (Galusha) Keeton and grand father Ernest Keeton; grandmother Willie Bell Keeton, grandfather Byron Galusha, grandmother Daisy Galusha, and great nephew Kashton Martinez. Also preceding her in death were several uncles, aunts, & cousins.
Due to COVID-19, Debra's memorial service will be postponed until the Summer of 2021. Date & time will be posted at a later date.
