Don Edward Price was born on September 14, 1940, to parents Horace Robert Price and Nettie Penelope Price (Ross) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He went to his final place of rest on March 12, 2025. Don married his wife Joanne Price (Ross) and they lived in Ardmore, Oklahoma with their children, Ricky, Randy and Penny.
A perfect day for Don would be spent with his family and enjoying his grandchildren. Don was someone who always had a good laugh from his family and friends. Especially when his kids told him “Remember When” stories or watching funny movies.
Something he taught others was how to be kind and just because he was deaf that didn’t stop him from enjoying life. Don was very strong and independent. Most would remember Don as a caring, loving, patient, kind and understanding person. Don loved family and Sunday’s dinners with all of his family.
Don is survived by his children Ricky Don Price (Lisa) of Midwest City, Oklahoma; Randy Robert Price (Diana) of Geronimo, Oklahoma and Penelope Marie Mancello of Choctaw, Oklahoma; brother Rodney Edward Price of Ardmore, Oklahoma; brother Charles Robert Price of Spencer, Oklahoma; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A funeral service for Don will be held Friday, March 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141. Following the funeral service will be a burial at Chapel Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 8701 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162.
Serving as pallbearers are Dominic Mancello, Andrew Mancello, Randy Price, Jonathan Price and Spencer Shaw .
