Dorothy Faye Head, 84 year-old long time resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on March 27, 2014 at her home in Oklahoma City, OK. Born July 20, 1929 in Antlers, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Julius and Mary Ellen (Oliver) Rard, who preceded her along with her sisters; Lily Mae, Lucille, Marie, Mary Ruth, Louise, Allen an one stepsister Mildred. She had worked for many years and retired from the Oklahoma Times/Daily Oklahoman paper here in Oklahoma City. Dorothy loved going to Lake Eufaula and working in the yard. She had 2 dogs, "Pumpkin" and "Cricket" that she adored. Viewing will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Rose Hill Burial Park in Oklahoma City, OK.
