Some of my favorite memories of growing up in Oklahoma was the time spent with my cousins at our grandma’s house. Dottie had such an infectious laugh and I always enjoyed time spent with her playing frisbee, exploring in the yard and walking to the local market to buy candy. As adults we managed to consistently exchange Christmas cards for many years. She always kept me updated on her growing family and included school pictures of her two boys. I know the world was a better place with her in it. ❤️ Her family’s grief is shared by our family.

Losing the matriarch of the family has no expiration date. Yet Our Lord’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55) As you feel this loss embrace your own experience, because it is yours and no one else’s. Dottie lives in each one of you and all those that she loved ❤️ What more of a Heavenly blessing can be given, than to have Jesus Christ greet her with open arms and gift her with an endless awe, of her eternal heavenly home. Let your hearts rest in Gods arms while you miss your Wife, Mother, Aunt, GrandMother, and Sister, until that day when you meet again. Our sincere condolences to all. Oh my goodness! I am so saddened by this. Words cannot express my feelings. She and I were a year apart in age. We were the best of buds when we were kids, when the families got together.
Best regards,

Eternal Rest Grant Unto Dottie, O Lord, and let your perpetual light shine upon her as she enters into the kingdom of Heaven with her Holy Father. That all the Angels and Saints hold her while ringing the bells, singing unto the joys of the promises of our Lord for he is good and his promises are truth and endure for eternity. Enjoy Dorothy the most beautiful things we here have yet to know and enjoy! You have earned your wings as the good and faithful servant!

We were star gazers and loved putting a blanket down on the grass and staring at the stars and talking about everything life was going to be for us. We were going to be space voyagers on our own Enterprise. Spock had nothing on us and where we were going. I loved her and was like sisters. Im very sorry for your lose and if you need any thing call me. If you come to St.louis stop by Ill feed you and have a bed for you no matter when.
