Barnard, Dr. Thomas E. passed away on March 3, 2013. He was born in 1941 in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Casady High School and Brown University. He received a masters and doctorate degree from Catholic University in electrical engineering. He had been recently working on a doctorate degree in physics. He worked at Texas Instruments, Gould Industries, Martin Marietta and Vitreous State Laboratories. Tom was a loyal and loving son and a supportive and considerate brother. He will be missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas E. Barnard. He is survived by his mother, Verdun Barnard and his sister Betty Barnard Watson. Services will be 2:00pm, Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper with interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
