Eddy was born in Oklahoma City, OK on Aug. 3, 1967. He attended Northwest Classen High School and later served his country in the armed forces after graduation. After his service in the United States Army, Eddy joined the National Guard, where he attained the rank of Sergeant First Class before his retirement in 2008.
Eddy worked as a Field Network Supervisor for Cox Communications. He was a skilled handyman and craftsman, often searching for hands-on work he could do for his family. Eddy was particularly able to pick up new skills when a project interested him, and he often found himself engaged in vehicle maintenance, home restoration, and landscaping.
He loved his family, his work, and his dog. Eddy was known for his determined sense of responsibility when working and his smile when enjoying time with his family. He kept his lawn immaculate, taking great pride in the home and land he owned with his wife in Logan County, Oklahoma. He raised his five children to be determined and independent, and he was looking forward to the birth of his first grandchild. He loved his wife dearly and considered her his best friend.
