Elizabeth Ann Nichols Tinsley entered into eternal rest on the evening of July 30, 2011. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services 10 a.m., Saturday, August 6, 2011 in the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel. Entombment will be at Fairlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Tinsley was born November 26, 1934 in Duncan, Oklahoma, a daughter of the late Irl A. Nichols and the late Ruby Lindsay Nichols. She was a community volunteer for the Charleston Police Department Information Desk and My Sister’s House. Elizabeth was the widow of Alfred Irving Tinsley. She is survived by four sons, Billy Wampler of Charleston, David Wampler (Lezley) of Mt. Pleasant, Charles Wampler of Moore, OK and Steve Tinsley of Moncks Corner; two daughters, Debbie Carson (Shane) of Yukon, OK and Ian Biel (Darrin) of Charleston; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren, and a large extended family in Oklahoma.
