

Lillie Faye Reining, 73, of Midwest City, OK, passed away on August 10, 2013. Faye was born on Jan 31, 1940 in Mount Herman, OK to Steven and Martha Austin. She grew up in Southeast OK and graduated from the Chilocco Indian School. Faye married Len Reining on June 2, 1962 in Broken Bow, OK and they spent 49 happy years together. Faye was an avid OU Sooners and OKC Thunder fan. She loved to collect figurines, specifically Peanuts, Precious Moments, and Native American keepsakes. She was a member of Mary Lee Clark Methodist Church, where she served as an active member to the Women’s Club. Faye is survived by her son Darrell Reining; granddaughters Randi, Rachelle, and Marissa Reining; great-granddaughter Ryleigh Freed; sisters Loretha Bohanan, Shirley Hill, and Wanda Sanders; and by numerous family and friends that loved her dearly. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Leonard Reining; and two brothers: Emmett Austin and Paul “Skeet” Anna. Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M Friday, August 16 at Bill Eisenhour NE Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. The burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Cemetery. It was Faye’s wish that everyone do not wear black to the service, but to wear bright colors as a celebration of her life with us.
