Francena Henderson Rose Dow was born on March 24, 1926 and passed away on August 22, 2013. She was a graduate of Capitol Hill H.S. and attended Hill's Business College. Francena was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral and owner of Otto Rose Insurance Agency. She was preceded in death by her husbands Otto Rose, Jr. and Bill Dow, mother, Charlene Henderson, brothers, Alvin and Royce Henderson. Survivors include son, Otto Rose, III, daughter, Talesa Rose Shores and husband Tom, grandchildren Trent Shores and wife, Brandy, Tait Shores, niece Meliah Henderson Ratcliff and nephew Carlin Henderson and their families. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 325 1st Street, Edmond, OK. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK. Visitation will be from 8am to 8pm Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper.
