Geneva Mae Lewis Hickman was born March 14, 1924, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, to Marion Wesley Lewis and Bessie Coles. Geneva was a proud woman of the home who enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and reading during her free time. She was also member of the Baptist church. Geneva was a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend at all times. Geneva will truly be missed.
Geneva was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman T. Hickman; parents, Wesley and Bessie Lewis; son, Jimmy Grant Hickman; sister, Cleo Renfro, and brother-in-law, Rusty.
Geneva is survived by her son, Jerry Hickman Sr., and wife, Cynthia Ann of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter, Jeanna Kay Hickman Cody, and husband, Neal Dwight Cody, of Moore, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, nephew, Glen Renfro and numerous friends to cherish her memory.
Visitation is scheduled in honor of Geneva on Friday, September 18, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 8701 N.W. Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
