

Ruth, also known as Gertrude, was a loving and caring person who adored her family. She enjoyed spending her spare time at the casinos and, in earlier years, at the bingo hall with her loved ones. She was a proud member of the American Legion Post 170. For the ones who knew Ruth knew to never come empty handed for she loves her Sonic cherry cokes and her popcorn.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Christina Taylor, and husband Geno Taylor of Bullhead, AZ; son, Timothy Farrell of Bakersfield, CA; daughter, Lisa Paige, and husband Todd Paige of Aurora, CO; daughter, Connie Gonzales, and husband Robert Gonzales of Midwest City, OK. She was a cherished grandmother to Cody Taylor, Ryan Farrell, John Farrell, Robert Woods, Thomas Farrell, Alexander Farrell, and Samual Woods, Ashli Bachmeier, Melanie Stasny, Savannah Farrell, and Raquel Farrell. She also leaves behind great-granddaughters Harlyn Stasney, Lily Marie Bachmeier, Murphy Taylor, Laila Farrell, and Peyton Farrell; as well as great-grandsons Ethan Stasny, Owen Taylor, Hank Taylor, Elias Farrell, and on the way, Noah Farrell. Ruth is also survived by her brother, Theodore Satoe, Jr. and wife Wynette Satoe, and sister, Helen Brodeur. She will be fondly remembered by her cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Farrell; daughter, Baby Girl Farrell; grandson, Jonathan Farrell; her parents, Theodore and Pauline Satoe; sisters, Karen Satoe, Beverly Tonips, Emily Treaster, Shari Roughface, Oleta Satoe, and Annette Tsatoke; brothers, Gary Satoe, Jesse Satoe, and Jeffery Satoe; nephews, Roy Treaster, Norman Brodeur, Jr., and Richard Kiser; and niece, Sopia Emily Dean.
Memorial service will be at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd St. Oklahoma City, OK, 73141. Public viewing will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The funeral will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 10:00 am, followed by interment to Ft. Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK, 73538.
