Hazel Charlene Dyas, age 72 passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Hazel was born August 9, 1949.

A memorial service for Hazel will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141.

Serving as pallbearers are Michael W. Johnson and Dalton Colvin.
