She also served as Minister of Music for 7 years at University Hills Baptist Church in Denver. After she and Duane moved to Oklahoma City, they became members of Northwest Baptist Church where she served in various music capacities over the years. She was the piano accompanist for the Mayfair Kiwanis Club and became the first female member in the late 80’s. She continued to play for the Kiwanis until her retirement in 1998.
Helen married Stanley Grover in 2002, and they were blessed to have just a few months together before Stanley died later that year. Helen is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, R.
