

Jacqueline Marie Frailey Harris (Jackie) passed away on July 3, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born in Gary, Indiana, on December 31, 1955, to parents John Ronald Frailey(Jack) and Loretta Mae Frailey. She lived in Gary, Indiana, before moving to Oklahoma City in 1981. Jackie got married to Douglas James Harris on April 29, 1978, although he passed away on February 21, 2008. She graduated high school and later went on to become a meat cutter at Buy for Less, where she worked for 15 years before retiring. Jackie loved listening to a variety of music, such as rap, classic rock, and country. A favorite artist of hers was Kid Rock.
Jackie’s favorite color was purple. Most times, you could find her at home relaxing with her family and reading her books. Also, she enjoyed watching silly Facebook videos, playing with her great-grandson, pinching our butts, and spending time with family on holidays, which always made her laugh.
She taught us how to cook, how to laugh, how to love, how to be sarcastic and witty, how to be strong, and how to handle business.
Most would remember her as sweet but sour, strong, independent, caring, loving, and definitely a ride-or-die.Jackie loved her family, her dogs, and her online books.
She is survived by her son Douglas John Harris (April Lurene Harris) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter Kristine Marie Harris (Mason Frost) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brother John Frailey of Michigan; sisters Nancy Jo Frailey of Lutz, Florida; Janis Frailey (Raymond Brill) of Lutz, Florida; nine grandchildren: Elizabeth Brown, Heavenly Justice, Douglas Harris, Lenny Harris, Courtney Hart, Mary Hart, Phillip Hart, and Shaelynn Warner; two great-grandchildren Lukas Mitchell and Greyson Bowman; and many nieces and nephews. As well as her fur babies, Inkspot, Nova, and many cats.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Doug Harris, grand-daughter Heavenly Justice, parents Jack and Loretta Frailey, along with many other friends and loved ones.
A visitation for Jacqueline will be held Monday, July 15, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
