Jim Floyd was born December 6th, 1928. He died May 30th. He was the eldest son of Walter and Bessie (Garis) Floyd, who preceded him in death, as did his brother, Ralph Floyd, and his dear wife of 57 years, Jeri (Cole) Floyd. He is survived by his brother Jerry Floyd and his wife Nancy of Choteau and his sister in-law, Isla Floyd. His children and grandchildren will miss him so. Kathy Harr of Wagoner, Sara and Austin Harr. Tommy and Lisa Floyd of Mustang, Nikki, Jonathan, and Kasyn Dieball, Jarett and Taylor Floyd. Patty and Kevin Trosper of Edmond, Ben and Jim Trosper. The teammates of his grandchildren will remember that Jim and Jeri enjoyed attending their sporting events and cheering them on. Jim was co-owner of Jim and Jerry's garage and was a true car buff. As a younger man Jim raced go-karts. He was a long time member of the Oklahoma City Round Up Club, where he and his cutting horse, Red, competed with dear friends. A truly good man. Services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday June 4, 2014 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel.
