Jan, you have been an inspiration in my life for over 33 years. You have been an amazing mother to my wife, and an above amazing Gran to my children and grandchildren. But to me you have been kind, loving, and an example of strength that has helped me through some very rough times. You always had a smile for me even when I probably didn't deserve it. You never took sides between Jill and I even though I may have been wrong more than a few times. I have so many great memories that will continue to fulfill so many happy times and love for you that will never diminish. I am so happy that you are receiving the rewards that you so deserve in heaven. Till I see you again I will miss you dearly and love you always.

My family has known Jan since she was 16 years old. Her Dad and my Dad became friends in Wichita, KS when they worked next door to each other in the gasoline distribution business. That friendship continued to grow past business then when we moved to Oklahoma in 1965 my Mom & Dad, Jack & Jackie Reeves, bought a house down the street from Jan & Gary because of the friendship with the Martin's and Smith's. That first summer in Oklahoma, Mom would babysit Michael (it was a couple years before Jill came into the world) and Jan entertained me taking me shopping downtown Oklahoma City, out to eat etc. since I had not yet started to school and did not have any friends yet. Jan called me her little sister. It was a life time friendship with my family with lots and lots of stories. I went Sunday to say my goodbye to Jan and told her Mom & Daddy would be waiting to greet her in heaven and to say hello to them for me. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. Love to Gary, Mike & Jill and Tom.

Jan and her brother, Tom, were my cousins and like siblings for me as we spent our childhood together in Hume, Mo. Jan was a delightful person and I will carry with me always fond memories of her. My heart goes out to Gary and her family as they grieve and yet celebrate her life. God be with you all and comfort you at her
passing.

Jan was one of the most special people to ever enter my life. She displayed a grace that permeated all those around her. Our family has been forever blessed by the love that she and Gary have poured out on us over the years. How thankful I am that we had the privilege to call her my friend.

Jan was my idol when I was kid. A sweeter, more Christian woman could not be found. I never heard a negative word from her....she was always so positive. She was an angel on earth and now is an angel in Heaven. I will miss her but she will be in my heart forever.
My love & prayers to the entire family. May God bless you.

I have known Janice for a very long time. The first time I met and talked to her, she and her spirit was etched in my heart from then on. She is and will always be the most courageous, strong, spirit filled, and kind person you will ever meet. When she struggled
with her battle of cancer, she was still the strong, courageous, and beautiful person that I grew to know. Every life that she ever
touched will be forever blessed. She will be missed a lot!!

Jan was my closest friend for many years. I will miss her more than I can say. She was such a special lady, always ready with a smile calling me Susan Marie even tho that is not my name. She thought it fit for some reason only she knew. She was trustworthy and loyal and more fun, we had so many laughs. Our trip with our friends to Europe was a blast and I remember so many fun things about it. She was genuine. I loved her.

So many great memories through the years. Growing up in our neighborhood was the best. Jan was like another mom & always asked about everyone else when she had her own health issues. She contributed a huge part to my childhood and adult years even and she will be greatly missed. Prayers for your family as I cannot imagine their sadness. Love you.
