Jan E. Turnbull

Jan was born November 26, 1955 to Maryon Winnette Moore Stone Turnbull and Timothy B. Turnbull in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jan attended and graduated from Casady School in Oklahoma City. She was a loyal and proud Cyclone. Jan volunteered her time assisting in grade school classes during her later years.

Jan worked for Mid-Continent and American Fidelity Insurance, a career she enjoyed very much. She retired in 2017. Jan was constantly staying busy and was currently working part-time for Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral Directors helping families during the most difficult time of their lives. Jan was a proud Oklahoman, and knew just about anything historical. She loved this state and especially Oklahoma City. She loved traveling to Oregon to visit family who lived in Salem, Oregon. Always adding a trip to the Oregon coast before returning home. She will be greatly missed and is survived by her friend John Church Davis, along with many cousins, family members and friends whom she dearly loved.

A service will be held in the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral Directors Chapel on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 11:00 am. Jan will be laid to rest next to her Mother and Daddy at Rose Hill Burial Park in Oklahoma City.
