Janelle Jones

Janelle Jones was born on May 18, 1939 to Harry H. and June L. Hall in Oklahoma City, OK. She was the oldest of 3 girls. She passed away on October 7, 2021. On October 24, 1958 Janelle married the love of her life, Archie Jones, and they were married for 63 years and shared 3 children together. Janelle worked for Sooner State Construction, and then as a homemaker. She loved family trips, Nascar racing, crossword puzzles and also loved when her grandchildren would come by to visit.

Janelle is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and June Hall. She is survived by her husband Archie Jones of Oklahoma City, sisters, Cheryl Cohen of Amarillo, TX and Kara Sander of Oklahoma City, sons, Jan Jones, Randy and wife Becky Jones, daughter Melany Bailey and husband Eugene, all of Oklahoma City. Janelle is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and an extended amount of family and friends.

A come-and-go visitation for Janelle will be held Monday, October 11, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM at Resthaven Cemetery, 500 SW 104th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73139.
