Jo Ellen McGraw of Oklahoma City went to be with the Lord on July 7th, 2026. Jo Ellen was born on Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Oklahoma to the Late Orvil and Betty Dunsworth, on June 24th, 1964. When she was younger, she enjoyed playing basketball, running track, and taking part in rodeos as a flag runner. She attended Carl Albert High School and later got her GED after having her two sons, Tony and Kevin.
In 1983 she married the late Luther “Bill” McGraw, they were married for 21 years before Bill passed away. In 2004 Jo adopted her daughter Z’Lexus Williams. Jo loved her children dearly and they were her pride and joy.
She enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. She spent many vacations at the lake with Bill and their boys and later, many vacations in the mountains of Colorado with her daughter.
Jo is preceded in death by her parents: Orvil and Betty Dunsworth, sister and brother-in-law: Norma & Theodore Pohlman, and Husband: Bill McGraw.
She is survived by her brothers: Hayden Dunsworth & his wife Debbie, Charlie Dunsworth & wife Regina, Janice & husband Charles, Melvin Dunsworth, Howard Dunsworth & wife Jackie, along with her 3 children: Tony and Valarie Williams, Kevin Williams, and Z’Lexus and Dalton Mcdermott. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren Brett Williams, Brayden Williams, Jordan Williams and Katelynn Williams. Lastly, she is survived by her three great grandchildren, Weston Williams, Waylon Williams and Calliope Williams.
Jo loved her family very much and put up the strongest fight she could to stay with them as long as possible. She will be missed beyond measure by those who loved her.
