John (Johnny) Burton Casey went to heaven on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020 at the age of 65 while hospitalized at the OU Medical Center. John was born Jan. 9, 1955 in Shawnee, OK to Curtis and Carla Casey who preceded him in death. John is survived by two sisters, Leola Casey of Oklahoma City, OK and Linda Kustra of Irwin, PA who are grateful to the Employment and Residential Centers (EARC) staff for their special quality care and services over the years. John resided in an EARC living support home in Oklahoma City and worked at their thrift stores. He enjoyed assembling jigsaw puzzles, parties, and outings such as the circus. Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home will conduct a private graveside service at Arlington Cemetery in Midwest City.
Our body is the house in which our spirit lives here on earth. When it is destroyed, God will make us a new one that will last forever in heaven.
