Kaitlyn Marie Faust

Kaitlyn Marie Faust, 11 year-old resident of Jones, OK, passed away March 20, 2014 at Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. Born March 13, 2003 in Oklahoma City, OK, she was the daughter of Justin Michael Frederick and Ashley Dawn Faust. Kaitlyn was on two cheerleading squads, Onyx and Jade, at Legacy Elite Cheer and was so proud of her National Champion Jacket. She loved the outdoors, fishing, camping at Lake Thunderbird, shooting with her Dad, riding her motor scooter, and enjoying time with family on the beaches of Massachusetts and New Jersey. Survivors include her parents, Justin Frederick and Ashley Faust of Jones, OK; Paternal Grandparents, Robert Frederick of Fall River, MA; and Darlene Frederick of Jones, OK; Maternal Grandparents, Richard and Jill Faust of Choctaw, OK; Paternal Great-Grandmother, Janet Frederick of Fall River, MA; Maternal Great-Grandmother, June Spallone of Bayville, New Jersey; Paternal Uncle, Jonathan Frederick of Jones, OK, Paternal Aunt, Nicole Frederick of Jones, OK; Paternal Cousins, McKenzie and Mysha Kihanga of Jones, OK; Maternal Uncle and Aunt, Jesse and Lisa Parsons of Oklahoma City, OK; Corey and Amber Faust of Midwest City, OK; and Jeff and Shannon Faust of Broken Arrow, OK; Maternal Cousins include; Connelly and Allie Parsons of Oklahoma City, OK; Jacob and Emaly Faust of Midwest City, OK; and Madeleine and Nathaniel Faust of Broken Arrow, OK . A formal visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2014 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Victory Church, 4300 N. McArthur, Warr Acres,OK. Burial will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, OK.
