Katherine Harris, of Midwest City, OK, passed away on July 24, 2012 at the age of 83. She was born November 12, 1928, in Caddo, OK to parents Ferdinand Rudolf and Antonia Simnuck. Katherine was preceded in death by her husband, Albert J. Harris Sr. She also devoted more than 53 years to caring for the light of her life, her son, Albert J. Harris Jr., who passed away in 2007. Katherine’s interests included gardening, sewing and caring for two loving pets, a dog named Pumpkin and a cat named Peaches. She will be forever remembered for her compassionate caring and loving spirit. It is a sad but joyous occasion, she is reunited with her husband and son. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the Bill Eisenhour Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd Street with burial following at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
