

Kenneth Charles Jones, 82 of Choctaw, OK, born December 21, 1931 in Moultrie, Georgia to Theodore Howard and Mattie Lou (Harrell) Jones and passed away November 30, 2014 at Midwest City, OK. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1963 and also served in the United States Army Reserves. Kenneth retired an accountant for Civil Service. He loved fishing, gardening, enjoyed bowling and working on classic cars. He raised Ostrich, enjoyed traveling and was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Midwest City and also a member of India Temple Shrine, Oklahoma City. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Betty Bryant and Irma Cook. Survivors include his wife Nellie of the home, one daughter, Victoria Eagles and husband Kenneth; two sons: Jerry Jones and wife Maggie and Don Jones; also eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Two sisters: Rosaline Bass and Catherine Evors; one brother, Ronald Jones and “like a daughter” Donna Burdick and husband Michael. Funeral services were held at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home, Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2:00pm with burial to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens.
