Throughout Kristy's life she had a love for all living things. She was always fostering and taking care of pets and strays, giving them a home. Kristy also had a talent for creating art. She had an ability to see an empty canvas and be able to create a true mosaic of imagination.
Kristy departed May 13th, 2022 at her home peacefully in the night. Kristy was preceded in death by Carol Harris Preble, her mother; Julie Ann Barnes, her sister; and Calli Cameron Hamper, her daughter.
Kristy is survived by Walter Barnes, her father; Michael Barnes, her brother; Gracie Hamper, her daughter; and Miles Hamper, her son.
