Lance Alan Woford passed away November 14, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Lance was born September 28, 1962 in Prague, Oklahoma to Jerri and Bill Woford. He grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma graduating from Yukon High School in 1981. Lance was a loving, caring and kind man. He was a great friend to all who knew him. He was the smart witted, sharp humored person who always lit up the room. He loved cooking, film and music and shared his favorites with everyone as often as he could. Lance loved to travel and had a sincere love for New Orleans where he had previously lived. After returning to Oklahoma City, his greatest passion was being a fantastic uncle to Audrey and Alex. Whether it was carpooling, cooking fun dinners, planning game nights or picking out scary movie marathons, Lance was always finding the perfect way to bring his family together. He was loved dearly by his family and especially his nieces. Lance is preceded in death by his parents, Jerri and Bill Woford, and his favorite uncle Arlie Russell.
