LaNell R. Osmond

LaNell Ruth Osmond, age 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 16, 2018. She was born February 19, 1938 to Willie and Ruth Staehr. She worked for the Oklahoma Hospital Association where she was an active member of Insurance Professionals of Central OK for more than 50 years. She loved traveling (particularly to the beach), attending OU football games, and spending time with family and friends. LaNell had a wonderful ability to reach people in a deep and heartfelt way. She is survived by her son, Tim Osmond and his wife, Jeanine; 3 grandsons, Nathaniel, Cameron and Zachary; sister, Doralyn Wheatley; and niece, Kimberly Young and many loving friends and family members. LaNell will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Hahn-Cook/ Street & Draper Chapel, 6600 Broadway Extension, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
