Lavaughn Ernestine Bohnenberger

She was born on February 6,1928 in Oklahoma City, Ok. She was a graduate of Central High School and Hills

Business College and was a long time member of Messiah Lutheran Church and a current member of lmmanuel

Lutheran Church. Lavaughn enjoyed antiquing and gardening and being with family. She and her husband Fred

were married for 36 years before he preceded her in death in 1989.

Lavaughn was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Goldie Schaible, and husband Fred

Bohnenberger. She is survived by her children Kathleen Prough and her husband Jim of Edmond, OK,

son and caregiver Mark Bohnenberger of Oklahoma City, OK, daughter Beverly Frost and her husband

Darrell of Tonkowa, OK, grandchildren Lauren Hull and her husband Justin, Jason Frost and his wife Jill,

Sean Frost, and step grandchildren Brayden, Kaleb, and Maddie Prough, great grandchildren Renner

and Callan Hull.

Services will be held at 10 a.m., June 27th, Messiah Lutheran Church, 3600 N.W. Expressway, Oklahoma

City, OK. The burial will be at Fairlawn. Arrangements are provided by Hahn-Cook/Street and Draper,
