Lester H. Sherman was born May 26, 1921 in Redlands, OK and passed away at Mercy Hospital on November 20, 2011. He was an Army Colonel and served in both World War II and the Korean War. He was also employed for 33 years by Phillips petroleum. He is survived by his wife Mary Etta of 64 years, son Dr. Randall Sherman and wife Maureen, daughter Diane Williams and husband Roger and five grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Guardian West at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 23rd. Our special thanks go out to Mercy nurses, Renee and Pamela.
