They were blessed with two sons and celebrated 65 years together until she passed away on March 21, 2014. Lester greatly loved his family and was a dedicated follower of Christ since 1964. Lester worked as welder and truck body specialist for over 30 years at American Trailers, and then for City Springs Works where he retired.

This wonderfully awesome man of God never showed me anything but loving kindness, and always seemed glad to see me. He was one of few who always called me Ronda Beth. I will miss him greatly!
