Linda (Smith) Kilpatrick Detsauer was born September 22, 1948 to John B. and Billie Joyce (Clark) Smith in Taylorville, Illinois. She departed this life on December 19, 2018 at her home in McLoud, Oklahoma. Linda married the love of her life, Richard Detsauer. Throughout her life she worked as a Nutrition and Health instructor for the Oklahoma State University Extension Center and many Early Childhood Development Centers. Linda lived most of her life doing her favorite roles of being a loving wife, mother, and granny. Linda is survived by her husband, Richard Detsauer; her children Sean, Stacey, and Steve; grandchildren, Amber, Kyle, Seth, Garrett, and Hunter; many siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and honorary family members. A viewing will be held from 2 to 4P.M., Sunday, December 23rd at Bill Eisenhour Northeast. A funeral service will be held at 10:00A.M., Monday, December 24, 2018 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, Oklahoma City. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens of Midwest City. Memorial donations may be given to the family to assist with final expenses.
