Linda White

was born on September 23, 1945 in Oklahoma City to Gordon and Myrtie Gibson. Linda graduated from

Classen High School and grew up locally there in Oklahoma City. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and worked for Security National Bank as well as DHS.

Some of her most notable achievements were being a Retirement board member for OPERS, obtaining her Realtor license in 1990, and was very active in Hugo’s little theatre. She moved in her later years to Durant, Oklahoma to be closer to family and was where she was for the remainder of her life.

She is survived by Son, Tim Hampton and Daughter-in-law, Robbie Hampton; Granddaughters, Sydney and Charley Hampton; Niece Amy and Wade Scott of Hugo; step grandchildren Jeffery, Jonathon Scott and Jessica Scott as well numerous Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren and Great- Grandchildren. She will be missed by all. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday, September 12, 2021. Funeral Services are set for 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral Chapel with Burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
