Manuel graduated in 1991 and he worked for RL Carriers as an Outbound Lead Loader.
More than anything, Manuel enjoyed being around his friends and family. He is described as loyal, generous, dedicated man with a good sense of humor. He was known for being outspoken and unafraid to speak his mind. A devoted dog lover, Manuel had several dogs through the years. When he wasn’t spending time with family, he could often be found fishing.
Manuel is survived by his children, Tyler Rae, Tiger Michael, Manuel Jessie, and Hailey Marie; his sister, Cindy Bulling (Paul); his brother, Mike Miller (April); and numerous grandchildren, nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Jessie Miller; sister, Virginia (Ginny) Miller, and his grandfather, Fred and Susie Miller.
Visitation will be held at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159, on April 19, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Advantage Funeral Chapel, on April 20, 2026, at 11:00 am, interment will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City.
