

She worked in Oklahoma City and Dallas and after returning to the State she married Boyd V. Blair in January, 1948. They lived in OKC where their three sons were born. Boyd preceded her in December, 1978.
At the young age of 10 she accepted Christ as her Saviour and became an active member of Piedmont Baptist Church as she grew up. After she and Boyd married they joined the Baptist Temple Church where they actively raised their sons. Louise taught Sunday School at every age level from preschool to senior adult ladies. She was active in Bible Studies including Bible Study Fellowship.
After the boys were all in school she went back to work at the City of OKC. She thoroughly enjoyed the years spent there. Being in the Finance/City Manager Department, she felt a part of the activities of the entire City. She was there to changeover to the Computer Age. After Boyd’s death she worked at First Security Bank and the State Fair of OK.
In 1987 she married L.O. “Bert” Sparks who also preceded her in January, 2001. Two brothers preceded her, Delbert Luschen and Lonnie Luschen. Surviving Louise are a brother, Loren Luschen of Tulsa, sisters, Laveta Redding of Enid and Loreta Brown of Huntsville, AL; sons, Keith Blair, Kent Blair of OKC and Kreg & Janice Blair of Edmond. Her Grandchildren are Chester Bedwell, Abbey Blair, Audra Blair and Kasey Blair of OKC. Kali & Josh Frazier of Edmond with her precious Great Grandchildren, Austin & Baylie Frazier and Bryson & Lux Bedwell. Her deep love for her family was second only to her love for her Saviour. She also leaves behind several very special nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
