Marian Elizabeth Monroe

Marian attended college, where she obtained an associate’s degree and went on to be a personal assistant at New York Life, where she had the opportunity to work with David Walters.

She enjoyed classic rock music, and her favorite color was red. A perfect day would consist of having family over to watch an OU game. Something Marian taught others was to count your blessings. Most would remember how much she loved God and her family.

Marian is survived by her sons Daniel Craig of Harrah, Oklahoma; Matthew Craig of Harrah, Oklahoma; brother Clay Hodgson of Shawnee, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren; Andrew Craig; C.J. Craig; Josh Craig; and fur baby Boomer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Charlotte Hodgson, and brother Allan Hodgson.

A celebration of life for Marian will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 2:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141.
