Marian Thibault

Marian served in the German Air Force in Communication in Vienna, Austria. She became a P.O.W. with the Americans for a few months in 1945. She worked for the Stars & Stripes in Marburg, Germany. Marian came to America in 1949 as a war bride with the late Mervin Holcomb.

In 1964, Marian and her late husband Arthur J. Thibault opened the Haunted House Restaurant. After his death in 1994, Marian continued to operate the restaurant that she loved and was a gracious hostess.

Surviving family includes daughter Karen Holcomb of Edmond, OK, son Pete Holcomb and his Wife, Beth of Edmond, OK and son, Joey Thibault of Oklahoma City. Two grandchildren, Chris Holcomb and his Wife, Staci and their Daughter, Livia of Mustang, OK and Sean-Ross Holcomb of Moore, OK. One Step-Granddaughter, Melissa Travis, her husband Ed and daughter, Lily of Seattle WA.

Marian loved cooking, gardening and her two cats, Max and Mimi.
