Marie Arlene Fried passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015, after living a full, busy life. Born November 6, 1930 in Bandera, Texas, she had a love for rodeos, horseback riding, working and her family. Arlene was preceded in death by her precious husband, Larry Fried, her parents Frank and Agnes Anderwald, sister, three brothers, and daughter Margo Fields. Arlene is survived by siblings Alton and wife Gayle Anderwald, Alfred Anderwald, daughter Carol Smith, step-sons Larry and Mike Fried, step-daughter Jane Fried, grandchildren Wes and Amanda Smith, Ali Smith and Trei Meyer, Melissa and Barry Johnson, as well as great-grandchildren Ellie Johnson, Clifton Johnson, and soon to be Michael Meyer.
