In Loving Memory of Marjorie “Marge” Ann Mullins
July 28, 1929 – October 12, 2026
Marjorie Ann Mullins, born July 28, 1929, passed away on October 12, 2026, leaving behind a loving family and a legacy of dedication, compassion, and cherished memories.
Marge grew up on a farm in southwestern Oklahoma. During the summers, she followed the wheat harvesters, preparing and providing meals for them. These early experiences reflected the generosity, hard work, and care that would remain important throughout her life.
Marge enjoyed an illustrious career at Tinker Air Force Base, where she dedicated many years of service before retiring. Retirement, however, did not mark the end of her commitment to helping others. She continued her work as a caregiver for the elderly, demonstrating her continued dedication to serving those around her.
She also loved tending a garden and had a special gift for keeping any plant alive. Her love of gardening was another expression of the patience and care she brought to the world around her.
Above all, Marge treasured her family. She made it a priority to be present for the special moments and milestones in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. From awards assemblies and choir and band concerts to sporting events and birthday parties, she attended hundreds of family events, showing her love and support through her constant presence. Her commitment to celebrating her family’s accomplishments and being part of their lives created countless treasured memories that will live on for generations.
Marge is survived by her siblings, Davalene MacDonald and Marcia Nettleton (Eugene); her children, Robert Campbell (Nan) and Sharon Hintergardt (Keith); her grandchildren, Allison Petrick (Bobby), Cale Campbell (Sasha), Edward Hintergardt (Alison), Katelyn Hudson (Evan), Melinda Littlefield (Joshua), and Melissa Hintergardt; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Elmo Meadows, affectionately known as Bebo; and her parents, Mamie Ruth Gross and Philip Meadows.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
