Michael Dean Seeley

Michael enlisted with the Oklahoma City Fire Department on February 3, 1995 and proudly served 26 years, retiring September 1, 2021. Michael often spent his time working around his property on his Kubota tractor and Bobcat, watching true crime shows, and tending to his animals. He loved all animals, especially his dog, Daphne. His kids knew his big heart and generous nature meant that they could always call him for anything. He was a wealth of knowledge and no matter the circumstance, they could always count on dad to have answers.

Michael married the love of his life, Vickie, on August 10, 1991 and they spent 32 years of marriage together. They had four children, who describe their dad as a loving, admirable, generous family man and a wonderful, gentle Poppi to his grandchildren. He never met a stranger and would help anyone who needed him. Michael was firm in his faith and encouraged all his kids to follow the Lord.

Michael will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Michael was survived by his wife, Vickie; children, MacKenzie Kuehny and spouse Adam, Wyatt Seeley and spouse Krista, Logan Seeley and spouse Kaylee, and Samuel Seeley; grandchildren, Jasper Seeley, Emery Seeley, Arlee Seeley, Naomi Kuehny, and Jamison Dean Seeley; parents, Gloria and Loel; siblings, Blake Seeley, Darin Seeley, Adam Seeley and Shawn Seeley. Michael is also survived by a plethora of other family members. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Rachel Seeley and Marie Church and James Ward; Nephew, Will Seeley.

A funeral service for Michael will be at 10 am, Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Grace Place Baptist Church, located at 9300 S Anderson Rd, Oklahoma City, OK with interment to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, located at 3400 N Midwest Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK.
