

Michelle Cummins, age 56, was born October 1, 1966, and passed to her Heavenly Father on July 10, 2023. Michelle was born in Kansas City, MO to Karan Sue Becker and Glenn Hedberg, Jr. (Mickey). She was later adopted by Harlan Snodgrass.
Michelle lived most of her young life in Kansas and Oklahoma. She graduated from Noble High School in 1984; Noble, Oklahoma, where she met her dear friend, Frank McAtee, who later in life became her dedicated mate. Frank was at her side as she succumbed to aggressive cancer in the VA Hospital, Oklahoma City, OK. The family is grateful for the excellent care she received at the VA.
After graduation, she joined the Air Force and became a Sargent as a Logistics Specialist; last stationed in Little Rock, AR. She has worked in various jobs after leaving the Air Force including at Will Rodgers International Airport, Sonic, Target, and various hotels, eating establishments.
She is blessed with three siblings: Chris Briggs & wife Dana of Kansas City, MO; Niki Richardson of San Diego, CA; and Kellie Snodgrass of Owasso, OK. She has a niece Jade and nephews Chris and Gavin of San Diego.
She married while in the Air Force and was blessed with three children whom she cherished: Kassi Massey, Ryan Cummins, and Kevin Cummins. She has two grandsons: Tristan and Michael Massey; all of Carrollton, GA.
Michelle had many friends and spent time with her best 3: Jaime Sanders, Sadauna Starcher and Stacie Stockton. She loved her furry friends and cherished Coco and JoJo, who happily met her every day as she returned home. Michelle loved to go camping and enjoyed the outdoors. She especially enjoyed camping with her friends who have many interesting stories to share.
Michelle loved steak (rare), potatoes, and cherry limeade. She asked for all three while in the hospital. She did get the cherry limeade, which she loved, and it was the last taste she had before going to Heaven.
Michelle will be remembered as a dedicated, loyal friend. She had a great sense of humor.
In her memory the family asks that you do something kind for someone as that is the better way to honor Michelle and her memory.
