Mildred Dale 94 of Oklahoma City, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017. She was born to parents Fred and Beulah Blakley on November 24, 1922 in Gotebo, Oklahoma. Mildred was a Registered Nurse at Deaconess Hospital. She is preceded in death by Tom Dale whom she was married to for 60 years and her brother Joe Blakley and his wife Betty. She is survived by her children; Ron Dale, Gary Dale, and Linda Howerton, 4 grandchildren; Rodney, Steve, Michelle, and Amy and 6 great grandchildren.
