Mollie V. Lawton, 94, of Choctaw, passed away Sept 26, 2012. She was born March 15, 1918 in OKC, OK to William S. and Bessie Mae (Ramsey) Brown. Mollie was a member of Choctaw First Baptist Church. She loved bowling, winning numerous ribbons and trophies, loved sewing and made Choctaw High School Cheerleader uniforms and men’s suits. Mollie also worked at the heart station at Midwest Regional as a nurse’s aide. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands: Harold Lawton and George Doull; one son, Billy Fred Lawton; two daughters: Susie Lawton and Norma Kelly; six brothers and one sister. Her survivors include: three granddaughters: Kathy Dorris, Sharon Perkins and Mary Collado; one son-in-law, Robert Kelly; ten great-grandchildren; four brothers: Mack Brown, Kenneth Brown, Hugh Brown and Burt Brown; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 29, 2012 with burial to follow at Kolb Cemetery in Spencer, OK.
