Nelson Leon Fouts, 73 of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013. He was born in Quinton, OK on January 3, 1940 to Delmer and Sylvia (Phillips) Fouts. Nelson enjoyed working in construction as a framing contractor. He loved deer hunting and fishing and being around people. He especially liked going places with his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Irene, and brother David Fouts. Survivors include: one son, Nelson Wray Fouts (Janice LaVon) of Beebe, AR; one daughter, Janis Humbles (David) of Luther, OK; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers: James Fouts, Russell Fouts, and Thomas Fouts; six sisters: Linda Pruitt, Mary Ruder, Cora Price, Phoebe Clark, Virginia Mounds and Mildred and other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home with burial to follow at Jones I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Jones, OK.
