Noma Frances (Murray) Manley was born December 9, 1946, to Frank and Naomi Murray and passed from this life August 21, 2026, where she had been a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City.
Noma was a member of the 12-Year Club of the Crooked Oak school system. She was also a member of both junior high and high school pep clubs, the science club, and the FHA. She was in the Girl Scouts from the 2nd grade through the 12th grade, graduating from Crooked Oak High School in May 1965.
She met her husband Robert (Bob) Manley while working and they married on December 9, 1977.
She was employed at Bags, Inc., making various sizes of plastic bags for 35 years before being forced to retire. After retiring, sometimes she would go with Bob while he drove a shuttle van to and from the airport.
Noma is survived by one son, Thomas (Tommy) Lang, grandsons Christopher and Michael Lang, great-granddaughters Stella Jean Lang and Kaidence Nicole Reil, sisters Sarah Murray and Mary Margaret Houlette, brother Chesley Murray, four nephews, two nieces, several great and great-great nieces and nephews, and one great-great nephew to come.
Noma was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Bervin Murray, sisters-in-law Cheryl Murray and Brenda Murray.
