She is survived by her Spouse Leonard Sams of 51 years of marriage and her sons Ray Sams, Gary Sams, Darwin Sams and daughter Kim McQuay, 11 grandkids and 4 great grand kids, seven brothers and sisters, Lowell Hartley, Richard Hartley, Kitty Parsons, Linda Mobbs, Brenda Summitt, Ward Hartley and Ed Hartley and many other family and friends.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Norman R. Hartley and Comolia Imogene Hartley and sister April Covey.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday May 13, 2017 at Life Tabernacle UPC Mustang, Mustang, Ok.
Interment to follow at Arlington Cemetery in Midwest City, OK. Services are under the direction of Advantage funeral home in OKC
