

Pam was born April 20, 1947. Her parents were Harold W. and Elora Skidmore. Her father was a Master Sergeant with the US Air Force and stationed in Salina, Kansas when she was born She was four years old when her brother, Harold was born in Rapid City, South Dakota. In 1954, the family moved to Germany and stayed over three years. Pam and Harold shared many stories about that adventure. They returned to Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City. The family were members at First Baptist Church of Midwest City, she was baptized on her birthday, April 20, 1958. Pam enjoyed her years at Star Spencer High School, she played the clarinet in the marching and concert band, she graduated in 1965. Pam and William H. “Bill” Davis, Jr. were married April 6, 1966. They had one son and one daughter, Gaylon and Kelli. Pam enjoyed a long career working as the Deputy Clerk at the City of Spencer and worked for the City of Warr Acres. Bill and Pam enjoyed trips to Silver Dollar City and going to Colburn family reunions in Kansas.
Pam was called Mama, Mom or Grandma. She enjoyed raising, breeding and going to competitions to show her Llamas, she enjoyed bowling in a work league and with friends at Planet Bowl, she loved “blinging” things and giving away her crocheted blankets. Pam was an avid reader, reading Sue Grafton and James Patterson crime and mystery novels, her favorite TV show was Blue Bloods. Pam’s most favorite thing was getting hugs and spending time with her grandchildren. She lit up every time she talked about them.
Pam is survived by: son, Gaylon Davis and wife, Loretta of Jones, Oklahoma; daughter, Kelli Morland and husband Rusty of Seminole, Oklahoma; son, William H. Davis III and wife Diane of Texas. Grandchildren: granddaughter Destinee Coburn and husband Rowdy of Midwest City, Oklahoma, grandsons Drake Davis and partner Alyssa Gradick of Jones, Braxton Davis of Jones and Riley Davis of Jones. Great grandsons: Caiden Davis and Ranger Coburn. Pam’s brother, Harold M. Skidmore and wife, Becky of Oklahoma City. And many cousins, nieces and nephews. Pam is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Davis and her mother and father, Elora and Harold W. Skidmore.
The family will be celebrating Pam’s life with a funeral service which is scheduled for Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 10:00am at Bill Eisenhour NE Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23 Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The family will be available during Visitation on Friday, from 2:00pm – 6:00pm at the funeral home. Pam will be buried next to her husband, Bill in Arlington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer’s Association, alz.org in honor of Pamela J. Davis.
