

Pamela Sue Moody was born on September 15th, 1961 in Oklahoma City, OK to Virgil and Patricia (Moore) Moody. She was the youngest of four siblings, being raised with 3 older brothers. Pam had some wonderful times as a child at her family’s farm in Choctaw and especially enjoyed their camping trips to Sulphur. As a teen, her family briefly moved to Midland, AR before returning back to Oklahoma City, where Pam attended Putnam City High School. She enjoyed taking her own kids on trips back to Sulphur and Arkansas as she grew older. Pam was a very hard worker and loyal employee at the York plant in Norman for 13+ years. She then took a position at Nestle Purina where she worked for over 13 years. For the past 3 years she has worked at the Norman Sleep Inn & Suites as the Housekeeping Supervisor. Pam made many special memories and great friendships with her co-workers.
Pam had an especially close relationship with her 2 children, Chris and Stephanie, but the most important title in Pam’s life was that of “Granny Pam.” She was a devoted and loving grandma. Her grandkids were the absolute light of her life, she never missed a chance to keep them or attend any of their special events. Pam was a kind-hearted and generous woman, with a great sense of humor and was so easy to love. Family was always her number one priority and she loved her family unconditionally. She was a loyal and caring companion to her life partner of nearly four decades, Larry Mullins.
Pam was a very independent woman, a protective and loving mother, a proud grandmother, a loyal sister, a wonderful aunt, a hard working employee and a trusted friend. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia and Virgil Moody, as well as her two special Aunts: Debbie and Willie Ann.
She is survived by her two children: son Chris Moody and Tara, daughter Stephanie Moody; 9 grandchildren: Kaysea Moody, Sidney Moody, Jordan Moody, Chris Moody, Bryson Moody, Dylan Williams, Jyllian Moody, Dakota Baird and Tuesday Baird; three brothers: Virgil Moody and wife Tina, David Moody and wife Linda, and Mark Moody. She is also survived by her longtime partner Larry Mullins, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family members.
