She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Juarez; her son, Gerry DeWayne Cook; her parents, Barton and Deloris Tannehill.
Paula is survived by her son, Geoffory Lynn Cook of Del City, Oklahoma; grandson, Mason Cook of Del City, Oklahoma; brother, Gary Tannehill and wife Phyllis of Michigan; and sisters Donna Maness and husband Bruce of Noble, Oklahoma; Sandra Smith and husband Frank of Newalla, Oklahoma; Loretta Carlton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Shella Banister and husband Mike of Noble, Oklahoma; and Gayla Tannehill of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Paula was a loving daughter, wife, mother and sister. She loved to bake and sew, and always took care of others. She loved going to family reunions and just being surrounded by her family. Paula will be greatly missed by many. A Remembrance of Life is to be held at a later date.
