On March 17, 1943 Ralph married the girl he loved since age fourteen and he and Joy celebrated 66 wonderful years of marriage before her death. Ralph was a long time member of Crown Heights Christian Church, serving in many capacities including Chair of the Congregation, Deacon, Elder and member of the newspaper crew. He was a 32nd degree Mason. Ralph was an avid sports fan, but especially loved OU football and golf. He was a true gentleman, always gracious and kind, a loving husband, faithful friend to many, inspiration and role model to his family. Ralph will be especially remembered for his delightful sense of humor and beautiful smile, which brightened so many of our lives.
