Ray Garr Jr. was born February 13, 1942 to Raymond and Mabel (Ballard) Garr in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He passed away on March 24, 2011 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ray Garr Jr. is survived by Wife Karen, Children Leslie Aaron and Philip Garr. Step children Brad Elmore and Kara McFillen. Brother Leon Garr, Sister Edith Byrd 9 grand children Many nieces and nephews. Viewing is Sunday, March 27th from 8am-5pm and Monday, March 28th 9am-12pm.
